developed a compensation plan that makes it possible for all its Members, regardless
of the phase their individual businesses are in, to benefit and flourish.

Layers That Add Up For You!

1
Dynamic Unilevel
- Affiliates and above qualify
- Pays between 25-38 percent on Commissionable
Sales Volume of Levels 1-4
- Percentages adjust to maximize the
payout for each rank
Layer 2
Rising Star Bonus
- Stars up to Premiers who are enrolled
in Autoship Program qualify
- Monthly Rising Star Bonus Pool=2 percent
of world-wide commissionable sales
- Pool is divided among all qualifiers
- Pool Shares:
- 1 share—Members must generate
500 EQP from at least 3 new Members and from those new Members enroll
at least 100 PQP on Autoship
- 1.5 shares—Members must
generate 750 EQP from at least 4 new Members and from those new Members
enroll at least 200 PQP on Autoship.
- 2 shares—Members must generate
1,000 EQP from at least 5 new Members and from those new Members enroll
at least 300 PQP on Autoship.
Layer 3
Differential Earnings
- Amount (10%) is difference between
Preferred Customer price and wholesale price
- Paid to all Affiliates and above
Layer 4
Star Rebate
- 20% rebate on all Personal Qualifying
Points over 200 PQP
Layer 5
Override Bonus
- Specifically designed to give newer business
builder a large income boost
- Consists of 8% bonus paid to Senior Stars and
above on all downline sales down to the next Senior Star or above

Layer 6
Cascading Generation Bonus
- Available to Master Stars and above
- Ranges from a 6% bonus, cascading through a maximum of two generations,
to a bonus of 20% cascading through a maximum of 8 generations
- A generation is defined as a Master Star or above and their entire sales
organization down to, but not including, the next Master Star or above
- Note: A generation begins with the first downline Master Star or
above
Layer 7
Starship Bonus
- 5% paid on the production of 5th level
Members in an organization
- Used exclusively to pay for homes,
cars, or other lifestyle enhancements
- Can range from about $400 to $1,000
per month
Layer 8
Revenue Sharing Pool
- Upper leadership levels of Silver,
Gold, Diamond, and Crown Diamond qualify to share in the worldwide revenues
of entire company
- 2% of commissionable sales are allocated
into 4 revenue sharing pools of .5%
- Each eligible rank shares in the revenue
pool for that rank and can potentially share in revenue pools of other ranks
as well.
Personal Qualifying Points,
or PQP, is the monthly total of points from your own purchases and
purchases of your Preferred Customers.
Organizational Qualifying Points,
or OQP, is the monthly total of all points from purchases from yourself, your
Preferred Customers and your entire organization.
Group Qualifying Points,
or GQP, are the monthly total of points from purchases from yourself, your
Preferred Customers and your organization through six non-compressed levels
of your sales organization.
Enroller Qualifying Points,
or EQP, consist of the total of all monthly purchases from any Member or Preferred
Customer that you have ever personally enrolled, regardless of their rank
or position.
Leg Qualifications
are required for leadership ranks. In order to progress in rank you must help
others in your organization achieve higher advancement levels, which in turn
allows you to advance.
