DIRECT SALES COMPENSATION PROGRAM The QTE Compensation Program is designed to reward the activities directly related to retail sales of its products. The major portion of the available total commissions paid out is to the person at the actual point of the sale. Additionally financial incentives are in place to enhance the exposure and demonstration of the product line through individuals marketing efforts and sphere of influence. The compensation structure is broken down into components that correspond to the types of activity and expectations that are related to specific ranks or categories of distribution. This allows wide latitude of intents for those participating as Agents. In this way Agents may choose to focus their marketing and sales activities to what meets their specific circumstances. The aspects of the compensation payout are arranged retail, wholesale, management, and profit sharing. † Purchases of Group consists of Personal purchases plus all purchases by all Agents or their customers that are in your Agent Organization, that is any agent that enrolls in the company as direct result of your efforts or the efforts of other agents in your group. *50% Rule: No more than 50% of the volume requirement may come from a single personally enrolled agent group. **Personal Volume: All volume associated with personal purchases as well as any retail drop shipments. ***Pro Rata Share: A total of 5% of the commission volume, for the month will paid, as a pool that will be split, amongst all qualifying Category 3 Agents. The amount each agent receives in the pool will be prorated based on the number of shares an agent receives in the pool. The number of shares received is calculated based on the group volume produced within an agent's first three generations of Qualified Category 3 Distributors. The volume from each level will be multiplied by a percentage based on the level as follows:
The actual amount received by each agent will be a percentage of the pool determined by dividing the number of shares an agent receives by the total number of shares received by all agents within a commission period. ![]() |
