FREE and EASY - Candida Yeast "Spit" Test
Do you think you may have a problem with Candida Yeast?
Try this simple test to find out.
Water test
- When you wake up in the morning, first thing in the morning, before you put ANYTHING in your mouth:
- Fill a clear glass with room temperature clean drinking water.
- Work up some saliva, then spit it into the glass of water.
- Check the water every 15 minutes or so for up to one hour.
Within 1-30 minutes, look in the glass. Your saliva should disperse.
But, if there are strings coming down from your saliva, or if
the water turned cloudy with suspended specks, or if your
saliva sank to the bottom, you may have elevated levels of candida.
If there are no strings and the saliva is still floating after at least one hour,
you probably have Candida under control, and have nothing to worry about.

What can I do if the test shows positive?
First, talk this over with your health care provider, as soon as possible.
Next, contact the person that sent you to this web page, they may have some helpful specific suggestions.
This test is not definitive but it is fast, inexpensive, painless and pretty accurate.
If you prefer, you can have your doctor perform a blood test to be certain. Few
people feel the need to go to that expense and effort as the combination of the
“Spit Test” and the symptoms they match (from the list above) is enough
evidence for them to proceed.
Be aware that a Candida Yeast problem can be pretty difficult to deal with,
especially after it has had enough time to get established and be causing
you problems.
It may not be easy, and it may take a while to impact the situation, be patient, and work on it everyday.
